It's been exactly 21 days since we released the TS SE v3.9.0 release. In the past 21 days we've been listening closely to feedback, squashing bugs wherever we find them, and watching how v3.9.0 handled under different loads.

We've rolled up all the most important fixes into a v4.0 release, which is now available for download. The most important change is the improved Performance features.

There are many major code, database and configuration changes in this release which will increase tracker speed and decrease server load. So far, this version has been very stable and fast.

We STRONGLY recommend that all users upgrade to v4.0 so their tracker is running a more stable, secure and faster version of the TS SE series.

- Major code cleanups and refactoring as a preparation for further features.
- Re-coded Announce and Scrape system which can handle approximately 50K peers.
- Optimized database indexes which might handle approximately 10k online users at a time.
- Optimized index and browse page.
- Optimized TSF Forums.
- Added Poll system for TSF Forums.
- Added Rating system for TSF Forums.
- Changed External Scrape mod which is more stable.
