Menu help

hi,
i m desiging new menu for my site i hv removed the default XAM's menu.
But the problem is menu is even visible to users who has not logged in.

here is my where i hv put my code

i want it to be visible to only the users who hv logged in. i hv tried placing $CURUSER above but i m getting error and any clue how to mk tht top border black.
