Hi guys, I've noticed that some members don't know what's .htaccess and what does this mean, let me explain this step by step..

Step1: Check your folder security: http://www.yourtrackerurl/config/DATABASE
after you put this url on your browser, you should get an error message which says "Access Denied (aka 403)".. (FILE Protection)

Step2: Check your folder security: http://www.yourtrackerurl/include
after you put this url on your server, you should get an error message which says "Access Denied (aka 403)".. (INDEX Protection)

Step3: Do you use TS v3.0? If yes, please protect your ./admin and ./tsf_forums/admin folders with .htaccess password.

Step4 Do you use Image Verification (IV)? If no, please use it, IV protect you against hackers and remote attacks..

Step5 Do not change any files and do not install any mod unless you know what you're doing.
