there is definetly a saving in performance resources...and speed stayed same
i only noticed it properly after a reboot.
-my ram consumption went down to half
-CPU consumption significantly lower.

I have 0.69 Server Load with TS SE 4.0

Ive just completed upgrade to TS 4.0, it is the difference between night and day from 3.9... cpu performance is back to normal levels and pages load like a breeze, thanks for the fix so far so good !

I dont have a very large tracker so this comment is my opinion based on a tracker with less than 5000 members and 1000 torrents but I am seeing a totally fast performance improvement on this source.

For example, v3..8, v3.9 click the fix hash on my site took over 2 to 5 minutes for the page to refresh telling me all files should work now. Clicked it with v4.0 and within 5 to 10 secs I get page refresh and notification all files should work. If anyone who has ever used this feature will know this tool is the slowest one in this source.

I am also noticing that server load is barely showing on my index.php and I have everything possible except for SEO turned on to bog this source down it no matter what I try I can not.

But remember this is based on a 5000 and below tracker with 1000 torrents and below.

I would highly recommend this source to anyone

tommorow ill upgrade my main site and see how she goes

****... i dont know if im dreaming or what, but after upgrade to 4.0 my tracker fast as running it in localhost LMAO

my users are sending kisses and stuff, they cant understand what happened! LOL

I just wan to say... hey Xam this is the biggest update ever, the source is flawless!

By the way, I want to congratulate you to this update. The website really suffered from bad response times - it is now 400% faster, at least. That's pretty cool! I didn't believe that a software upgrade would fix it that much.
