i am getting this error when i try to delete failed login attempts

SQL Error
Table 'xxxx.unbanrequests' doesn't exist

why is that coming up ?

i am using TS v1.3.9

open maxlogin.php
find
PHP:
redirect("viewunbaniprequest.php"); 

replace with
PHP:
redirect("maxlogin.php");
