Can someone make be a pretty nice banner in 950x149px (see This

I'm using Xam 1.3.9 and got the same size at the one you see in the top of this pages.

I will offcourse pay for the banner (if not to mutch)

The name of the tracker is "The Danish Bay" and we are a Danish Tracker.
Danish Flag, Pirate is the 2 picture i want in my banner.

if u have time u can ask Effect-x Team For Banner they can make it for u for FREE and they are PRO designer just u need to wait i asked them after 3 weeks i get a very nice banner
