HELLO I HAVE PAYED FROM PAYPAL TS SE 7.5 PACKAGE, BUT I AM NOT VIP. I CAN'T DOWNLOAD FILES..

Not sure why this is appending approval but if you've bought VIP/License recently, my strong recommendation is you shouldn't have, you'll wait till beginning of April before xam shows up.. he wont release any new codes etc....

you won't be able to download files or add a tracker url to licenses until you are made VIP, it's all doable when made vip
