If you want to activate new domain, you need to do it through V.I.P. panel. If you experience any issues, please create a ticket in order to get help and solution. This is how system is created and work.
We have started to write a new script. It wil be marketing when the script is completed.

Actually, I don't see anywhere that you must be VIP to register a site...nowhere does it say that. But it does say we can use the script indefinitely.
Now, you can ONLY register a site...if you have a valid code...so why not have that function available to all ExVIPs...who do have a valid code...and have previously registered a site?
Sometimes stuff happens, and people must get a new server...and accompanying new IP.
If they are only ExVIP, they are unable to setup a new server/IP and transfer the site over.
I'm thinking this is a common sense thing...more of a 'do the right thing' thing.
Anyway, my 2-cents. For the foreseeable future, I don't see me moving from ExVIP.

Rtorrent does not work in tsse 7.5 please fix

right now without some kind of aknowledgement from xam all you are offering is hear say no help or support at all since you have limited abilities to deal with our issues i am very doubtful things will change or that a new tsse version is in progress for the following reasons

1 xam has always personally announced when a new tsse is in production
2. he has rarely been active and when he has then has offered no support to us customers
3. you have been staff here a month or so why would he be asking his newest staff member to make such announcements

im sorry FxLouP but i believe either what you are telling us is fake news or you are a scapegoat buying time until xam can be bothered

I don't think xvip needs to 'purchase the script through some other tab other than the VIP tab'

What we believe is that xvip should be able to register/edit a site/url. There should maybe be a separate tab strictly for register/edit site/url, that would be available for VIP and exVIP.

I have purchased every ts but as a xvip I can't get any of them unless I pay again

if you really want to restore any kind of faith from us why not provide some screenshots showing some changes that have been made in the new version and not just quick edits like new theme images or anything like that REAL Changes

Yes, and I keep saying that is a bunch of crap.

As the license says "...allows you to run the software on your site indefinitely...". We (ExVIP) should be able to register a url indefinitely, without the need to pay for VIP upgrade.

After all, we get 3 keys when purchasing. What if we decide to start multiple sites, but otherwise do not need to pay. Sadly, under current circumstances, we are required to continue paying for "indefinite". Not an ideal situation.

And I am sure many, many, many ExVIPs agree with this.

Now, I will add something here...

If certain changes are made...such as above...and support improves, I would expect payment, simply to support the script to increase...and would consider that myself...should I decide to start up another TS site.

the customers have spoken but no reply ?? it dose make one wonder what is happening new script come but staff page not been updated ?? still list staff from many years ago that have not been on for many years some thing is not quite right but we expected to shell out all over again ??

I had to change server/datacenter after 10 years using the same one, guess what... cant access my panel here to change the server IP...

Solution? Good bye TSSE

Hundreds of dollars into the trash. (Bought many versions, paid for xbt and all the addons, paid for removing TS Branding, etc, etc etc.)

Sad but no other solution!
