Is version 7.5 really this bad?After paying for server optimisation and 2 months later nothing has been done. Tickets now go unanswered.
These are the issues we are having and can't fix. Even expert outside help can't help as files need to access are encrypted so this mob can only access. I would like to hear if others are having the same problems. It is way past a joke now. I don't understand if there are issues why not be upfront about it? This is the list of issues we are still having: 1: people make donation but site does not update their rank to VIP and give upload credit etc. Had a complaint just now, they did not receive credit. 2: torrent cover images disappear after editing the uploaded torrent. 3: Torrent cover images linked to other sites option does not work. 4: When replying to pm's font is very small and different to rest of site. Spell check will not work here, confirmed with other members. 5: Hit and run feature when switched on does not work PLEASE, can someone help us! Outside help has proven to be unsuccessful. |

I have been also waiting the same length of time as your self aza120 & i had about 3 support tickets going.. 2, These are the issues we are having and can't fix. Crazy isn't it but i do not think i am in control of my site, how can i be when i or my coder can not even edit the basic as every thing is mainly encrypted!! i'm so angry waiting on xam all these months BUT i have never known xam to be away so long so some thing MUST be very wrong 3, people make donation but site does not update their rank to VIP and give upload credit etc. Had a complaint just now, they did not receive credit. My personal issue with v5 xam stated cloup proxy is included in this version & yes it is, but when i try using it using an external provider, it does not work BUT shows all users using the same ip as my servers ip... wtf i am still paying for this from the provider each month with out been able to use it.. Yes even thou i am very/very unhappy with xam i am still concern about him & whu he is not active as before.. |
