Male WraiTh is Offline now 		blank page and menu issues
hello,

i have some issues with the tracker.

1. when i try to upload a new torrent, a blank page appears and the torrent is put into the weak ones, with no seeds. this issue appears also on download.

2. some group members do not see header menu, they have permissions to do so. 

please help me. thank you.
