Thanks for replying planetzero, iv e always loved TSSE its always been my choice of tracker and support was always good in my eyes. Im in two minds to start up another tracker, i remember it was hard work and a lot of time involved.

masterman m8 for me it's a shame to see this happening here, i read so many bad things about this tracker, but for me its personal choice this script is still awesome & xam if its his own code does a good job (security) is the most existential thing with in any script and TSSE remains top, unfortunately the hard coded script does xam NO justice who knows may be its some thing to do with security ? i here its away for xam to control my site!! BUT until i here this from the horse's mouth i remain open minded..

Support use to be 1001% now wtf virtually dead, i will always respect alanb NO matter what he is always ready to listen and try to help you, i am so frustrated with submitting support tickets and xam does nothing to sort a simple code i need, which i want to use as i am using an external source, days gone by reading back throw the history of tsse & tsu members were always happy now i see nothing but angry people paying for this code in return getting nothing back, about looking else were lol mate its crossed my mind many times, and have looked into a few script. good luck buddy and i hope the good days return,we live in hope )))

I understand what your saying but i still completely get how difficult it is for xam and alan to give support to every VIP member, Problem is xam is so hot on securing hes source code to stop others from nulling it ( after all if he didn't then people would have paid for nothing~) so in the best interest of every paid tsse customer xam has to be strict and encrypt hes code but this has an effect on others because no one can give support on fixes or adjustments only xam can do this. Alan probably still has index.php (that's not encrypted ) and maybe few other pages etc and maybe he can give some advice on general issues with setup install or server issues but he cannot help with encrypted files. Xam would need to change this to relief pressure off himself and let others join n support team.

I respect your reply masterman, for me the security is very important & yes i do understand xam is so busy BUT he has not been seen for quite a bit now, all i personally wish is a reply saying (I am busy right now) but will look into the problem, its not rocket science masterman, its just to settle our minds, knowing he is doing some thing AND not just taking our cash...

I have nothing against xam after all wtf i do not really know him BUT i like this code and i do not really wish to move away , for me its a nOOb who would openly slag him down after all the guy is human & he also has his down days BUT i really need a code fixing because while i wait on xam i am still paying for the out side code each month and i can not use it, i myself would love to see the site pick up again..
