Male Lamidas is Offline now 		About changing domain
Hi, I was using my licence in my domain .org 2 years ago. We shut down that site and now I want to open with my old database in .com domain in a new server. As I remember, we should add ip and domain to here but I'm not VIP now. I couldn't add it. What should I do?

You have to renew your VIP to access the register tracker page ( customer pages )...
