It's been 2 days now i have payed for my " VIP " even sent mail to the site owner here, when will i get my donation status back ?

You have to wait until xam is online. xam is not usually here on the weekends.

Why does he not have AUTO rank system alanb 3 days now i have been waiting ? if i were to keep my clients waiting like this throw my company i would soon lose business..

Xam isn't worried about losing business, people keep complaining, people keep paying.

Why would he change?

We have an automatic payment system for vIP members, manual confirmations only for regular users. but from time to time i may confirm some orders manually due security reasons.
