License I'm not a one for being impatient,but 36 hours on and still no download is not really professional.I understand possibly waiting until transactions have completed but this is the 21st century and it's only a matter of hours to transfer these days.
Not a complaint more of a suggestion of possibly informing xam that people are awaiting the goods and services they have purchased.You should try yourselfs having to stick on a site for 36 hours not being able to do anything or partake in anything.. Definately something that needs addressing for new customers. |

It doesn't sound good for future support either! Does it? Question? Who do I send my server and seedbox box bill to for time lost? You've had you're money but now your costing me. 56 Hours and still counting. |

License Unfortunately xam is the only one who issues the licenses, you have to wait until he is online.

I can't believe he has such good staff as yourself,having to reply to the same old scenario as this,and doesn't even care..We live in the world of smart phones,tablets jesus they even supply a watch with a samsung I believe. So communication shouldn't be a question as he already knows,regardless of a forum post,which he will also get via email. I think it should have been a pre-order not an order.. 58 Hours and counting. |

License Said this before alanb it's time xam gave you (or) another trusted staff member more permissions, like the member above i just payed for another 6 months for (VIP) but can not get any answer to my support tickets, if i go to the store & purchase an item, i expect to get what it says on the tin (NOT) here so many people i see asking were is xam over & over again, yes i know xam has a family life also and could also be working on v7_4 but he still need to give paying clients feedback.
If i did not do this with my clients mate i would have no business, i respect the guy but it's annoying when you have to wait 3 days and still waiting for him... |
