I was alittle absent mind in that I forgot we use copyrighted pictures usually when we upload so any description of a TV show or movie would probably include a copyrighted picture, but using similar logic ebay would be violating copyright laws by posting pictures of DVD's for sale. I do not see anyone trying to take down ebay used DVD sales for copyright. Heck to continue that thought... Users post info on a new site about where they can buy the used DVD or sign a online petition for a company to make something available on DVD. This actual site I am posting on right now at templateshares.net could be the template for a non-tracker parody type of site that has the look and feel of a private tracker site.

My idea about the ads on a new site would include "sister" sites that have private trackers which would rotate with other regular Ads. The script aviable from templateshares allows for ads. The traffic for a site like xtremetv.org with a typical ad conversion ratio would probably cover the expense of the site. The key would be to keep this new parody private tracker site private and encourage (or require) everyone that uploads info about a TV show or movie to provide info on where to purchase the movie or TV show. In the US, it is generally difficult to enforce copyright under fair use when someone is reviewing a product or trying to promote the sale of a product in a positive way.

Just thinking off the cuff right now .... "www.mazysmadparodyhouse.net" instead of seed points you will get "deed points" for participation on the site in various ways. instead of uploading stuff to the site your "unloading" info about movies or tv show while downloading becomes "loading" because your getting the info maybe the script will allow someone to get GB credit for clicking on Thank You? I guess a parody site could not have GB credits either so that becomes FB for Fiat Bytes (i.e. like Fiat currency). Maybe even have stupid trackers that appear in google searches of non-copyrighted stuff like dead ant (2014) or Inside public outhouse (2014).

atomic yes I paid for privacy its means nothing when your running what the domain host calls an ilegal site with illegal downloads I did contact the domain host that's what I got told by them so I might aswell have just left my information wide open seems a lot of placers act when fact are other authorities contact them paypal is also the same when they find out you have a torrent site that's the end of paypal not good is it for us lot and I am back with a new site domain is fake info server I got also has been got with fake info even the ip I use on the site is fake so if fact do try to get my info this time they can have it all its actually dose not take much looking for fake stuff to get what you need for a torrent site naturally my site is not advertised only the real trusted can now have the site url

my own encodes seems to be snatched by some sites. but that was an old site which i have previously  deleted.

It's hard choice as you need members ! but too much info of your site on the net , is also asking for trouble
best bet is finding a site you trust & upload your stuff there, but amount those members on that site, could also be a snooper so how do you win, you can't its just a matter of taking a chances.
