First welcome to TSSE from what i can see ! your just starting out, can i suggest you hide your shoutbox from GUEST to do this you mite want to check " Staffcp > Tracker Tools > Manage Tracker Settings > Shoutbox Settings > Private Shout Permissions > uncheck Guest.. again (vileninja015) only an idea
