Hello,

I have a question regarding the bonus system.

Few of my members PMed me and said the only option available to them in the mybonus.php is 'Give A Karma Gift', and everything else is invisible on that page. Is that a bug or are there any restrictions placed on the script?

I know that in order to get support I need to purchase a license, but I would appreciate if someone could shed some light on this.

You need to increase the Max Points in settings. Once max has been hit the only thing the users can do is give them away

And Yes you need to purchase a support license to receive support here in the forums
