Unban IP Address - Registered GOLD Customer
Hi, I had to re-register via proxy because my IP is banned. I've requested a change of password at least 10 times. I get the change request, but when I confirm it. I never get the new temp password email.
My real registered name is "jernatety" and I have a registered license.
What's funny about this is, I'm trying to get my IP unbanned so I can post a message asking how to unban IP's. 3 of my members have banned IP's for entering the wrong password too many times. Now they can't get on and they constantly email me asking for help.
My only recourse is to tell them I can't even ask how to fix unbanning IP's because mine is banned with the developer site.
I've checked everything for banning in the admin console and I can't find unban IP. I don't even want that option available for too many password tries.
Please help.

I see you answered a question, as one of the moderators on this site. Can you PLEASE UNLOCK MY IP so I can use my MVP account. It is "username jernatety"

WTF??? I've sent at least 3 contact us requests to do this and still after creating a new account as well nobody has done so.
