can i make tracker on this web hosting

and how much memebers shoud i have on webhosting then i will move to vps?
i really need an answer before i will get start and thanks

Shared hosting is not recommended, since you may need to alter some php settings to make the script run. Unless your host supports all these options out of the box.

PHP 5.0 or later.

allow_url_fopen must be turned on
magic_quotes_gpc must be turned off

MySQL 4.1 or later.
Unix/Linux or Windows hosting. Internet Connection Required. - localhost not allowed.
ionCube Loader.

Best to stick with VPS or dedicated server hosting.
