hi, 
i have a bit of a problem here. when new users join its saying my smiley i made but only half of it 
heres a screenshot 
 

in the server the index lang file is only saying Welcome word, the newest member word shouldnt be there plz someone help if you could

That message is in confirm.lang.php ... not index lang file

i took it out of the confirm.lang.php but its still saying this
