If you want to transfer a domain from an inactive or banned account into your account, you have to pay $15 for transfer fee.

Once we process your payment, you have to re-register and confirm the domain.

Unfortunately we do not delete any registered domain in our database.

Only the domain owner can delete or modify an existing domain.

We will maintain a reasonable policy regarding requests for refunds.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or to apply a partial refund.

An administration charge may be applied where a refund is offered.
